Learn to Run In Just 8 Weeks
 

Building on the success of of our 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 programmes, we are again offering a 8 week programme starting on Tuesday 7th November 2017 to help you get ready for Winter / Spring, get into running and improve your fitness.

So don’t spend loads of money on gym fees come along to our sessions. During the course, we aim to build your fitness up from a gentle walk/run session to achieve a 30 minute non stop run by the end of the 8 weeks. Each session will be based around the groups abilities and there will be plenty of help on hand to support and encourage you.

This course is ideal if you have not run for years or cannot run 25 meters - You will be able to with ease in a matter of weeks. This course is also perfect if you want to get fit, tone up, lose weight or make new friends.

Each session will start with a gentle warm up then a jog/walk dependent on your current level followed by a cool down and question and answer feedback.

You will learn how to run correctly, basics of sports nutrition from every day food, stretching and to run safely. At the end of the 8 week course, you will be able to run for 30 mins non stop as long as you follow my plan.

You will do one group run, then two runs under your own steam through the week - Don't worry, you will know exactly what to do and how long to run for.

We also have a specific 'closed' Facebook group, which you will added you to once you enrol on the course. This group can be used to track your progress, see details of the runs you need to do, We use the facebook group to motivate and of course if you have any questions or concerns, We are always available to answer them. 

Plus everyone in the group, will be at the same stage as you are. You will have access to lots of information files within the group.
